Viewable below are some club photos from the Leeming Spartan Cricket Club’s 2003/04 season, our 85th year, which saw the official opening of our brand new multi-million dollar clubhouse!

This new clubhouse was built thanks to the incredible efforts of President Brian Waterer, and sits parallel to our previous clubrooms on John Connell Reserve, and comes complete with panoramic views of the Spartan cricket ground, air conditioning, a massive floorspace and a commerical grade kitchen and bar.

The new building incorporates the Leeming Bowls Club, Leeming Strikers Soccer Club and of course the Leeming Spartan Cricket Club, and was officially opened on the 5th of October 2003 by Melville City Council Mayor Katherine Jackson, who offered special praise to Leeming Spartan President Brian Waterer, Brian having been the driving force behind the establishment of the facility.

On the field, we won two premierships, with our 2nd Grade and the all-conqurering 6th Grade proving successful at the end of the season, and photos of the latter are visible below.
