The Leeming Spartan Cricket Club has a proud history of grand final appearances, minor premierships, and of course premiership victories.

Listed below are all of our Minor, Major, and Runners-Up finishings since our inaugural season in 1918.

Remarkably, the Leeming Spartan Cricket Club averages exactly one premiership every 1.77 years, with 57 premierships achieved in our 100 completed seasons (due to the three years without play due to the Second World War).

Further still, with a combined 107 runners up and premiership finishes, the Leeming Spartan Cricket Club averages almost one of the two per season.

Finally, with 40 Minor Premierships, the Club averages a top finish every 2.7 years.

Leeming Spartan Runners-Up:

A runners up finishing occurs when a Spartan side is defeated in the Grand Final. This means a side could win the Minor Premiership (see below) by finishing on top of the ladder, but a grand final defeat means the side finishes runner up. There have been a total of 49 runners up finishings by the Leeming Spartan Cricket Club since the first in 1921/22 respectively.
