Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, suggestions or other works (“submissions”) in any form to Leeming Spartan Cricket Club (Inc.) or any of its employees unless you agree that your submission and contents will become the sole property of the Leeming Spartan Cricket Club (Inc.).

The purpose of this feedback policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Leeming Spartan Cricket Club (Inc.) ideas, events, or promotions seem similar to ideas submitted to us.

If you still submit any feedback, then regardless of what your feedback includes, along with any advisory warnings, suggestions, or requests for acknowledgement, the following terms shall apply to your submissions;

  • (3) there is no obligation for Leeming Spartan Cricket Club (Inc.) to review the submission.

Spartan Feedback

Leeming Spartan Cricket Club (Inc.) does, however, welcome your feedback regarding many areas of Leeming Spartan Cricket Club (Inc.)’s existing business. If you want to send us your feedback, and we hope you do, we simply request that you send it to us using the form found here.

Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be confidential. However, the Leeming Spartan Cricket Club (Inc.) shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis provided we obscure your personal contact details and information (unless you specify otherwise in writing).
