The Leeming Spartan Cricket Club will be hosting a special general meeting on Sunday 19th May at the clubrooms from 11:00am.
As defined in the Leeming Spartan Constitution (2005), the Committee may at any time convene a special general meeting, which is open to all members.
The purpose of this special general meeting is to provide an updated Constitution for the government of the Spartan Club, in accordance with new regulations that are required under the Associations Act prior to June 30th.
Subject to sub-rule (7), the Secretary must give to all members not less than 21 days’ notice of a special general meeting.
The Special General Meeting is to be held on Sunday May 19th and will be open to all members. Please note that the bar will not be open until completion of the meeting.
