After a disappointing start to the season in our three two-day grades, we now have something to hold our hats on! This Sunday 5th February, our Sixth Grade side (our third two-day grade) has made the One-Day Competition Grand Final.

With an opening round tie followed by a comprehensive loss in round two, our sixth grade were staring down the barrel. However, with an injection of experience for the return to One Day action in November, this saw the side win their next five matches in a row to qualify for the final against ladder leaders Kelmscott on Sunday.

So we are calling on all Spartans to make the trip out to Frye Park, Kelmscott to get a big crowd of support for our boys as they look to secure our club’s first premiership of the season. All the action starts at 1pm in this One-Day, 35 – overs per side decider.

For those who haven’t been to Frye Park, it’s located on Clifton Street, Kelmscott.

So let’s be sure to dress in Spartan Blue and be there from 1pm Sunday!!!
