A reminder to all that tomorrow night (4th February), the Leeming Spartan Cricket Club invites you to come to the clubhouse and celebrate the recent 300 Game milestone achieved by one of our own in Dave Abercrombie!
Abba, now into his twenty second season at the Club, has become the fourteenth Spartan to reach the milestone, joining a host of other Spartan legends in the process.
So, in order to celebrate the historic milestone, one that many consider to be the pinnacle on-field achievement at Leeming Spartan, we invite all members and friends to come to our clubhouse this Saturday night!
The boys then plan to head to the cas after the initial celebrations.
Come and show your support for Dave Abercrombie this Saturday night at the clubhouse! 300 Games is an incredible achievement and we encourage you to congratulate Abba on the milestone!
The 300 game mark for any sporting club is one that places the recipient in legendary status, and Abba is certainly no exception.
Debuting in 1994/95, Dave was inducted as Life Member in 2013, having been a consistent performer and contributor for the Club for a number of years.
We hope to see you at the Spartan Clubhouse (John Connell Reserve on Dimond Court, Leeming) tomorrow night!
