The Leeming Spartan Cricket Club’s 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held at the clubhouse on Sunday 30th May 2021 from 12:00pm.
All Spartans and supporters are invited and most welcome to attend as we will sign off what has been another hugely successful summer at the Spartans and elect our new leadership and governance team for the upcoming 2021/22 season.
The Spartan AGM allows for all club members to learn how the Club fared on a corporate level over the past 12 months, the direction the Club is planning to take in the next season, and our off-season fundraising activities that will be taking place.
As is the case with all AGM’s, all committee positions are declared vacant and are subject to a nomination process as outlined in our constitution.
The meeting will commence at 12:00hrs on Sunday 30th May in the Leeming Spartan clubrooms (on the bowling club side).
Following the completion of the meeting, refreshments will be provided free of charge to all attendees. The meeting will be held in the bowling club rooms of the John Connell Reserve clubhouse complex.
Those wishing to join the illustrious Spartan Committee are asked to please contact the Secretary at their earliest convenience although nominations are permitted on the day in accordance with our Leeming Spartan Constitution.
