In what is hugely exciting news for all Spartans, we officially get our clubhouse back this Sunday, October 1st, and we’re celebrating in the best way we know!
We’re opening the infamous Spartan Bar on the very same day – all day Sunday – and then again on Monday afternoon, Tuesday afternoon and Thursday for our massive Season Launch!
In addition, despite likely having a few sore heads from the day before, we’ll be at the Spartan Clubhouse from 10:00am until late, cleaning, setting up, and stocking the bar, which means two things – we’re looking for volunteers to help (more here), and our bar will be open from 12:00pm!
Not only that, but with our return to the clubhouse comes great responsibility, and we’re doing justice because the Spartan Bar is open on Monday!
Stop by after work on Monday, October 2nd, because we will be open! Plus, there is a JLT One-Day Match on from 10:00am at the WACA on Monday, between the home sides of Tasmania and New South Wales!
Sunday morning from 10:00am also serves as our final pre-season training session, and it will be held at John Connell Reserve until midday, meaning you can come up to the clubhouse afterward!

Handover Day Needs Your Help
If you’re free Sunday we’re asking a massive favour of you. Please get down to the clubhouse from 10:00am and help us get ready for a massive season ahead.
We have a heap cleaning and setting up to do, including stocking the bar, setting up our signage, and Spartan-izing the clubhouse for our 99th year!
