Tickets for the Leeming Spartan Centenary Ball are starting to come in, so be sure to secure your ticket for the biggest night in our history right here on our website!
Become part of history – in 2018 the Leeming Spartan Cricket Club turns 100 years old, and to celebrate we’re hosting the biggest night in our history!
This fully formal black tie affair will be the biggest night in our incredible history, and it goes without saying you do not want to miss this. Please note that tickets are only purchasable online or at the clubhouse and cannot be bought on the night of the event.
Planning for this event is extremely advanced, and we have already booked ABC Radio Perth presenter Di Darmody as our Master of Ceremonies and renowned Australian band Taxiride as entertainment for the evening.
The night will feature the unveiling of our Team of the Century, the induction of Life Memberships, a string quartet, a full three-course meal and beverages, and is expected to be attended by more than 400 patrons.
You can also purchase your ticket via a direct bank transfer for $150.00 per person, with the following details;
- Account Name: Leeming Spartan Cricket Club
- Bank: Bendigo Bank | Fremantle
- BSB: 633000
- Account Number: 122592207
Payment plans are also available for those who wish to pay bit by bit to secure your ticket. With such a large upfront cost this has already proven a great scheme for over a dozen members, allowing them to provide deductions towards paying off their ticket.
Simply contact Daniel Coombs on 0438 005 493 or via Email at email@example.com to organise a payment plan!
The State Premier, Mr. Mark McGowan MLA, has also confirmed his attendance for the night, along with several additional members of parliament, including the State Member for Jandakot Mr. Yaz Mubarakai MLA and Attorney General John Quigley MLA, as well as many other distinguished guests.
We have also just received approval for a Lotterywest grant in excess of $40,000.00 for the purposes of an historical documentary produced by Channel 7 that will showcase the extensive history of the Leeming Spartan Cricket Club and its impact on society.
We can also confirm that Channel 7, as the new broadcasts rights holders of the Australian summer of cricket, have agreed to showcasing the final documentary – which will include footage from the Centenary Ball night – during their Today Tonight programme and during the lunch break of the Perth test match against India in December.
The Leeming Spartan Cricket Club is a not-for-profit organisation, meaning that all members on our board are volunteers and we donate all of our proceeds back into furthering the success of our club.
Please note that this is a fully formal event, meaning you are required to attend in full black suit and tie attire, as we want to make sure we go all out for the big one hundred!
So, be sure to secure your Centenary Ball ticket today and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime event on Saturday 17th November!
