It’s all even after day one in our First Grade Semi Final against CBC on what was a wet, cold and sluggish day.
With summer over before it had seemingly even begun, Leeming Spartan were sent in to bat on the opening day of our First Grade Semi Final on a grey and miserable day, CBC winning the toss and unsurprisingly electing to field.

Following on from their fantastic performance yesterday, our Spartan 5th Grade has made its way into the two-day grand final next Saturday and Sunday!
It was a day of mixed results for our three sides playing semi finals yesterday, although overall it was a hugely positive one for the Leeming Spartan Cricket Club, with one side already through to the grand final next week and another well placed to do the same.
A huge congratulations to longtime club stalwart Shannon Davies who made his First Grade debut on Sunday in the standalone one-day fixture against Cockburn.
