On behalf of the Leeming Spartan Cricket Club, it is with extreme sadness to announce that our favourite son Bevan James has passed away.
Our thoughts, prayers and hearts go out to June, Tony and family at this extremely difficult time.
Wacka’s humility, passion and love for the Club has extended almost six decades, and alongside June, has always been at the heart of the Club and loved by all generations of Spartans.
The Spartan Cricket Club loves and will always love Wacka – he means the world to us and he will be dearly missed.
We are devastated to lose such a great friend, and we thank you for giving us the opportunity to know you personally.
Thank you Bevan James for being such a crucial part of our Club for the longest time, a Spartan through and through.
