We’ve had an interesting request come in recently from one of our members who has asked about those who have taken five-wickets or more and scored fifty or more in a finals match. It’s led to the opening of a pretty deep barrel that is filled with a fair few interesting statistics, as you’ll see here!

With the aid of two Spartan legends in Graeme Ashley and Brian Waterer, we’ll be working to organise a series of posts based on the history of the Club – including any amazing, funny, rare, and incredible bits of information that we’ve collected over the last ninety nine years!
Yet another remarkable achievement will occur in 2016/17, with longtime clubman and Life Member Mick Bennett set to become just the fourth person to reach the astonishing 600 wickets mark.
