Back To The Future (2002-2007)

Collection Of Chronicles

We’re now into our third edition in our “From The Spartan Archives” series, and today, we’re looking at examples of how the Club conveyed its messages before the internet age!

Long before the introduction of our website, the Club used frequent newsletters and chronicles to keep members in the know about our upcoming events.

Bull Creek Spartans 1985

The second instalment in our new “From The Spartan Archives” series recounts part of what was a comparatively brief chapter in our extensive history, our time at Trevor Gribble Reserve as the Bull Creek Spartans.

Specifically, this edition looks at the year of 1985, what proved to be our final one on Parry Avenue, before our move to John Connell Reserve.

Our First Premiership Trophy!

The first instalment in our new “From The Spartan Archives” series features something truly incredible – our first ever premiership trophy!

During our Annual General Meeting last Sunday, we were delighted to receive the Club’s first ever premiership memorabilia from Brian Waterer, who incredibly and unexpectedly brought it along, and it will now sit in prime position in our trophy cabinet!
