It is certainly a major improvement on the previous edition, and for the first time features the logos of both clubs, Leeming Spartan Cricket Club and Bullcreek Leeming Football Club.
Another fantastic slice of history between the Leeming Spartan Cricket Club and Bullcreek Leeming Amateur Football Club was created on Sunday, as the Mitch Gillam Cup returned bigger than ever at John Connell Reserve!

As further explained in our match day wrap up here, it was another fantastic entry into the rich history between these two clubs, and without doubt, a fantastic day!
Not since the 2005/2006 season has a Spartan achieved what Dale Putland has in last Saturday’s match against CBC in the 7th Grade.
Dale has become the first batsman in over a decade to have carried his bat through a completed innings with his unbeaten 66 at the top of the order.
A truly momentous day has taken place last Saturday at the home of cricket, as Todd Gill obliterated the record books in cracking 144 in the First Grade to lead the side to the top of the ladder.
Gilly has rewritten history with his bat, heaving the Spartans over the line in what was truly a game for the ages.
